Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, brings your awareness into your body as you sink into a deep state of rest while remaining fully conscious.

As you move through different parts of your body, the mind calms, inviting a sense of peace and cultivating presence.

Guided visualizations and imagery deepen your relaxation, promoting a profound sense of peace and inner stillness.

Yoga Nidra activates the body’s natural healing mechanisms, improving blood flow, balancing hormones, increasing brain function, and enhancing mood.

As you rest and restore, your body will begin to heal, feel safer, and promote overall well-being.

Cosmic Rhythms Yoga

Through Cosmic Rhythms Yoga, experience balance, connection, and flow in alignment with both cosmic and your own moon cycle. As you align with the moon’s phases and the sun’s astrological position, create a deep connection between cosmic and personal rhythms.

During the new moon, restorative yoga reflects the stillness of women’s inner winter, the menstrual phase. The waxing moon calls for Hatha yoga, mirroring the vibrant energy of women’s inner spring, the follicular phase. Under the full moon, Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga taps into the abundance of women’s inner summer, ovulation. The waning moon invites Kundalini yoga, honouring the reflective nature of women’s inner autumn, the luteal phase.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a passive practice designed to help the body release stress, unwind, and find balance. Unlike more active yoga styles that build strength and endurance, restorative yoga focuses solely on relaxation and stillness. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support each pose, you are fully supported and can hold each position for several minutes.

This gentle, slow-paced practice triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the mind and allowing deep relaxation within the body.

As your body feels supported, the nervous system unwinds, reducing cortisol levels and bringing a deep sense of rest and healing.

Restorative yoga is one of the most effective practices for stress reduction, helping to release tension, support weight loss, and restore overall well-being.
