You may have been wondering what is life coaching? In this post I will shed some light on what Life Coaching is all about. Coaching helps a person identify their goals, values, core beliefs, patterns and, what is holding them back. They will facilitate you to create a plan of action to achieve your goals. The coach is your cheerleader! They offer support, motivation, and accountability. They give you the tools, techniques, and strategies to manage and structure your life so you can achieve the results you want.


It highlights your strengths (recognizing your unique talents, gifts & abilities), finding positive ways of managing your weaknesses, addressing what is blocking you from moving forward & getting clear on your true values.


To create long-lasting change we need all of these elements. We especially need a pathway that feels good each step of the journey for us to continue. And therefore, we need that which supports us personally as a unique individual. There is only one you, what feels good to another person may not feel good to you and, vice versa. And so the coach is your ally in co-creating a plan that is in alignment with you personally.


The coach will assist you in breaking up your ultimate goal into smaller, more manageable, and achievable steps. They will create accountability and, keep you consistently moving forward toward your north star until you get your desired results. They will assist you navigate life, support & guide you through the challenges so, you can break free of what is not working, and create momentum as you experience breakthroughs. It is unrealistic to expect ourselves to be motivated 24/7, those days that we just feel like we can’t, your coach is there to listen and understand. They will lend their belief in you until you believe in yourself, your potential, and your capability. Your coach will encourage you, to find strength, courage, confidence, and resolve.


Coaching bridges the gap from where you are now to achieving your goals. Imagine living a life where you are thriving and can’t wait to get up in the morning, looking forward to the day and week ahead!
