I offer specialised holistic treatments, designed to support women’s health and well-being at every stage of life. My focus is on nurturing womb health and reproductive balance, helping women harmonise their hormones and feel deeply connected to their bodies through all phases of life.

 

Treatments include abdominal and womb massage, prenatal and postpartum massage,  aroma massage, and reflexology tailored for fertility and women's health. I also teach baby massage,  empowering mothers with the skills to soothe their babies, ease colic, and promote relaxation.

In our sessions, I create a safe, sacred, and relaxing space where the body, mind, and emotions can come into harmony.

 

With nearly 2 decades working as a Holistic Therapist & qualifications in 14 different types of massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy, my approach integrates a broad range of therapeutic modalities, ensuring each treatment is both expert-led and uniquely tailored to your needs.

By aligning nutrition with the phases of the menstrual cycle, I help menstruating women nourish their bodies effectively and intuitively.

 

My approach goes beyond diets, emphasising sustainable, enjoyable food choices that promote a healthy body weight, optimise metabolism, and enhance overall well-being.

Fitness

As a qualified personal trainer, gym & fitness instructor with expertise in coaching & sports, I provide personalised guidance to help women discover fitness routines that align with their unique needs, and goals.

 

I support women at all stages of life, from working with their menstrual cycle to fitness that enhances fertility, supports the body during pregnancy, aids postpartum recovery, and helps navigate perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

 

My approach is rooted in science, sports science & a deep understanding of  anatomy, physiology & hormones specific to women's bodies recognising that effective fitness strategies for women differ fundamentally from those designed for men.

 

 I support women in discovering exercise/movement

 that she enjoys and looks forward to. Whether it’s building strength, improving flexibility, maintaining bone density, having a happy, healthy body shape or boosting overall health, I help women create fitness plans that empower them to thrive.
