Just as nature moves through seasons each year, so do women within each moon month of their menstrual cycle-flowing through their Inner Spring (follicular), Summer (ovulation), Autumn (luteal), and Winter (menstruation). In this sacred gathering, we will explore the wisdom of these inner seasons, how they shape our energy, emotions, and intuition, and how to embrace each phase with greater ease & self-compassion. You will connect with your body's natural rhythm & learn to flow in harmony with your cycle. You will be guided through a Womb Meditation to connect with your Inner Womb Wisdom followed by a supportive sharing circle, to reflect, share & gain deeper your insights.
