I’m Deirdre Devatara Finn, and I’m passionate about supporting women through every stage and cycle of their lives. From menstruation to fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause, and menopause, my mission is to help women reconnect with their bodies, minds, and emotions in a way that feels empowering, supportive, and deeply nurturing.
Growing up in the West of Ireland, I have always felt connected to the natural rhythms of the world around me, a connection that now forms the foundation of my work. Over the years, my own life experiences have led me on a path of self-development and healing, guiding me toward a career dedicated to helping women thrive through life’s many transitions.
With a degree in Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, I have a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional changes women experience. I believe that education is key to empowering women, which is why I blend biological, psychological, and holistic knowledge into my coaching practice.
I’m also a Certified Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer, specializing in women’s health and fitness, including pregnancy and postnatal care.

From menstrual health, fertility, and pregnancy to postpartum recovery, motherhood, and menopause, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach tailored to your needs. My services include life coaching, nutritional guidance, and therapies designed to nurture hormonal balance, reproductive health, and nervous system wellbeing.
I also create safe, supportive spaces through women’s circles, including Red Tent gatherings, where you can connect, share, and heal & workshops to learn more about your cycle, fertility, menstrual health, perimenopause & menopause. My yoga classes are uniquely aligned with women’s cycles and life stages, including menstrual-focused yoga, fertility yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, mother-and-baby yoga, and yoga for menopause.
